Hello, thank you for taking the time to provide a rating, your opinion is valued greatly and it helps us maintain an excellent standard of service to our customers. I sincerely apologize for the confusion, at the moment we do notify you once your mail has arrived. We no longer provide commissary and we are not a provider but we are a third party who cooperates with facilities guidelines and their phone providers. We assist you in getting the lowest rate phone calls with these phone providers so your phone calls arent so expensice and can last longer. We also do work with all facilities unless your has specific or strict guidelines with their mail in which most of the time we follow too. Please call the facility to ensure there arent any mail restrictions for your inmate or any mail special requirements (yellow envelopes only) and then call us at @1800-323-9895 at your earliest convenience to verify your inmates #, facility mailings address, and investigate whats going on so we can fix this issue right away. A cancellation will never take weeks or even close to a week, once you submit a cancellation request billing is paused so no scheduled auto-payments you've enrolled into will go through. Once you submit a cancellation request we reach out to you to see if there's any way we can help you continue with us since many have been affected by the pandemic. The process of cancellation will change soon too, regardless we are sad to see you leave but appreciated your business with us, stay well.
