I like the service in general but I feel like in the trial period, my items were shipped way quicker than once my account became paid. I don’t like the way certain parts of the UI looks like when you’re typing a letter and it’s all horizontal. I wish there was more guidance as to how long an article or letter can be.

I am so sorry to hear that you have had such a hard time with your items being shipped and navigating through the website. Customer satisfaction is a number one priority for all of us, and I am deeply sorry that you were unable to understand our page or receive help. So I can provide more information Articles can come straight form the internet, no pdf files can get uploaded, nothing that is downloaded, you have to copy and paste the link that you want to send. Each article can include up to 10 pages double sided ( 20pages ) . Letters you can send up to 20 pages (which are double sided), only in black or white ink, and you can change the font I am more than happy to give you a call to be able to assist more and ensure you are satisfied with our business.
