Less than happy - I'm not impressed.
I ordered 4" photo statuettes for Christmas 2017. They arrived on time, but were less than 2"! The entire item was about 2" x 1.5" - they simply made them wrong. The company re-did them at the correct size, but the color was NOT consistent with the photo. The finished product was darker and was not a good replication of the photo.

Hi Ruth, We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed! The dimensions of a PhotoStatuette are determined by the orientation of the image, which could explain why the height of the first Statuette sent to you was only 2 inches tall and most likely 4 inches wide. I am also sorry that you were equally disappointed with our remake process. We are grateful that you took the time to review us, it does enable us to improve on our services and do better in the future. Thank you, Customer Service
