I love the quality of the product. Photos look great and they (3) arrived safely (well packed) and quickly. Buying a few definitely helped make the price more reasonable. Would have been 5 stars if the edge of the statuettes was black (not white) and if the base was more narrow. The base for my 5x7 statuettes was over 1.5" in depth, and I'm afraid to cut it smaller wanting to not chip the plastic of the images. Otherwise: top notch.

The product is beautiful, just had a little trouble with communication. Otherwise great. Definitely recommend this company.

Hello, thank you for the great review! Yes, we are in the process of upgrading our site shortly, so that our customers will be able to see your uploaded photos and be able to edit them and add your own text. Should be a great enhancement. Thank you for your feedback and your business!

I love what you produce. My only wish is that you could enhance on the photo color depth a bit. Although I realize that should be done on my side but some of us aren’t savy enough to do that. I did receive what I sent and I still think it was great. Thanks for doing what you do.

Hi Lori, Thank you for the great review! The only enhancements that we can make are to lighten or darken the photo. We print using the standard ICC International Color Consortium settings, so that you are getting true color reproduction. Next time you order, maybe specify that you would like the photo darken a bit, which might get you closer to what you are looking for. Thank you, Bob Hilts.

Couldn't get my photo to upload. Otherwise, I like the prices, and probably will make some purchases in the near future.

If you do grant us the pleasure of working with you again in the near future and have similar issues uploading an image, please feel free to send us an email or give us a call, we would be more than happy to assist you! Some image uploads can be a little stubborn and we have to have customers instead send their images to us over email, which works perfectly fine! :) Thank you for taking the time to review us!
