This was my review and I did receive an answer telling me to reply or call you; however, there is absolutely no way to reply or call. Exactly how would I be able to respond? Very frustrating! The facial features in my picture were too dark. It was not nearly as clear as the original picture that I had sent as an attachment. Also, the slick white backing did not look good; black would have been a much better choice, so I painted the back and edges black and it looked much better, except that the facial features were still too dark.

We typically try to brighten images about 20% for this reason, because shadows on an image can cause the subject of the photo to appear darker once the background has been cut away. Also, it sounds like you would have preferred the Silhouette Statuette that we offer. If you would like to send us an email or give us a call, we would love to make this right by redoing your order and making the image brighter and making it a Silhouette Statuette.
