Hi Finley, To fix this together, please go through these checks: -Make sure your internet connection is not slow. That's usually the cause for such technical issues. -If it is, you may use another option from the app that does not use internet resources. It's called Offline Calling and it is available for your location. BUT, you need to make sure you've got the latest app version. Please install the latest or update the current. Hi Robert, We checked your account and noticed that indeed there was a series of calls that ended after 6 minutes, but also has several calls connected for more than 60 minutes. In order to avoid such issue, we made some changes on your account so that the calls are routed better for you. Also, we found an email our agent sent you. Since you are using gmail, please make sure it didn't go to your Spam folder or junk. We also recommend to star rate your calls if you ever encounter connection issues in the future. It will signal us the technical problem, and it will allow you to control the quality of your calls. Please rate each call you make in your account, Activity tab. This free feature gives you personal control over your call connections: https://www.PhoneClub.com/account/activity Please select 1 star for poor quality calls, 3 stars for average and 5 stars for high quality calls. Hi Momoza, Thank you for letting us know about it. We checked your account and noticed a lot of calls were going to the same number, but almost none were connected properly. This is a technical exception we didn't know about. Therefore, we started making some checks and fixes with our partners and credited you for the unconnected calls. Hi Dolores, Thank you for your review! Tips. When you experience call drops, please check your internet connection since you're using the app. In most cases, that's reason for connection issues. And when your connection is slow, try calling offline from the app. The option is available from the USA (and other parts of the world) in your app, but you need the LATEST APP VERSION installed. Hope it helps!
