Hi H.Hunter, Thank you for your feedback! We talked to our Techies and it seems the way our system works does not allow that technically speaking. We do not interfere with the voice pack transmission. We only make the connection between the inbound carrier and the outbound one, therefore we cannot give our own messages/signals during a call. The feature is free and available in your account for every call you've made in the last 30 days. You can select 1 star for poor quality calls and 5 stars for high quality calls.
