If you found other services offering better rates for your destination, please please read the small print in their Terms and Conditions. Many have extra fees on call, or connection fees, or other "extras" that do not reflect in the rate. In our case, what you see is what you pay, because we thought it rude and unethical to present a rate and include hidden fees in the process. Thank you for your collaboration and openness!

Hi Patty, The sound quality SHOULDN't be terrible, so let's see where the issue is. Since you're using the app to call, it's most probable that your slow internet connection is the cause. That's what happen in 99% cases. An alternative would be to use the Offline Calling option in the app, which allows you to call without using the internet, when you experience speed problems.
