Hi John, When using the app, such connections issue are usually due to slow internet speed. There's an alternative. If you get the latest app version, you'll have a new function called Offline Calling, that allows you to make calls from the app without using the internet. Instead it uses an access number. It should be intuitive, just follow the steps. Hope it helps!
