It’s a good app BUT it overcharges by hiding the actual duration of the call since it starts counting immediately after pressing yes not when the receiver answers.
Response from PhoneClub.comNov 11, 2021
Hiya Kapwing Sama, Thank you for opening up the topic! Actually, you start being charged the moment your call is answered. The call duration you are charged for is displayed in your account. This call duration indicator may be different from the call duration displayed on your phone, due to different counting starting points. Hope it helps!

Many times my call gets dropped and I have to keep redialing.

Hi Eugenia, Thank you for your feedback. We have provided you with an alternative access number by email. Also, you may consider using PhoneClub app as well, and enabling Offline Calling which is a free feature available from the US. This way, you'll have the possibility to make calls using the internet or without the internet connection (via an automatically included access number you don't need to dial yourself). The experience looks like Speed Dial in this case. More about this in our Help Center: https://phoneclub.com/help_center Hope it helps, please give it a try!
