Hiya, This is due to the slow internet speed when using the app to call. So, what we recommend is to get the latest app version, and enable Offline Calling. That will allow you to have an alternative, and thus make calls from the app also not using cellular data or WiFi, in case the speed is low. Tell us how it goes. Good luck!

Hi Djamiou, It is possible that the system requires you to use the service offline due to your slow internet connection. It may not be strong enough to run the App. The last time you've placed calls using this service was on 12/05/2021 and you used the app. You've also had an attempt on 12/06/2021 but the other party was busy and you didn't make any other calls since then. Related to the SMS issue, we can see you haven't used the SMS service since May 2021 when we registered a Successful attempt. Other text messages attempts were in May 2020, when one text was successfully sent and another one has failed. In 2019, 3 out of 4 SMSes failed indeed. We are extremely sorry for that and we'll try to identify the issue behind it, so thank you for your feedback.
