Bought it for $18 and it doesn't work with whatsapp, but their website says: "Phone2 fully supports 2FA codes, so you can securely access your U.S. bank accounts, social media, and essential services." I requested a refund because I don't need the service without whatsapp, but they refused, a real scam. UPD After the message below, I contacted them again and they told me to reach out to WhatsApp to find out why it doesn’t work with VoIP. Absolute clowns. My last option is a chargeback through my bank.

They ported my Skype number at the 11th hour. They followed up with emails when I didn't finish my sign up and explained what I needed to do. I love the app which is much cleaner and nicer than the Skype app.

The number does not work for most platforms. In their ads they say it works for most banks and none of them work, they are full of misleading advertising and when you ask for a refund because the service is not as promised they say “you are not eligible for a refund”.

I've been unable to access my account for 4 days and received an email that I hate to see you go. The thing is. I need to use the app. Maybe you can give me some advice and solve my problem...

After weeks of the unsuccessfully tinkering with Microsoft Teams Phone I bought a Phone2 subscription. My new number was working well within minutes.

Zero customer service. Confusing app directs you to the site for billing which sends you back to the app. Repeat until exhausted. Setting up texting is likewise impossible because registration requires the webpage which sendsyou back to the app. Repeat until exhausted from the frustration and lack of customer service.

This app is great, But Now I'm facing an issue I have tried to reach the support center via email but no one is responding to my emails. The issue I'm facing is while trying to log into my account its says invalid password while trying to reset the password nothing is happening while doing everything correctly. Is there any body who will reply at least with a word?

I have been using Skype for 5 years to call the US from China. It has been reliable and consistent. Most importantly, it did not require a VPN. I chose to switch to Phone2 when Skype was no longer available. Most of the time it is pretty stable, but it does require a VPN in China. It would be very helpful if they could work around the firewall to allow for us to use it without VPN.
