Customer service has been timely and helpful! Wells Fargo HAS accepted this number (as I am located internationally), and that was my main reason for using Phone2. It seems this site is especially targeting businesses, but I do not have a business, so it has been a bit difficult to navigate (I am just a person wanting a US phone number and not very internet saavy). They do seem to be trying to be customer friendly and are trying to upgrade their services.. Thank you .

Ported over my Vonage number on the assumption that their ad which says unlimited incoming and outgoing texts in the US and Canada was to be honored. It was b.s. Firstly, you need a "Pro" plan which costs more, then they tell you that it doesn't really work on android phones, then one guy suggests that I open an LLC so that I can text my friends and family in the US. The only thing they did right was to port my number, which may have been thanks to Vonage cooperating properly. Looking for alternatives. Very amateurish and non-intuitive support system. It seems they get back to you only to give you more bad new about what DOESN'T work or what costs more money. Zero points.

Great experience. I switched from iPlum to Phone2 and it was definitely an upgrade. The interface is much ! The service is less expensive for my use.

I’m happy with this solution. Bank requires an American number. Verification works perfekt.

I’ve been using them for over a year. I just renewed my subscription after my card expired. They were able to help me update my billing info asap. Recommend!
