I found the quality of my table and chairs to be very good. I received the table with a crack on the top of it in the wood. I emailed customer service asking what could be done and within a day I received a response that they would send me a new table and within a week I had my new table. I was very pleasantly surprised with the customer service and the product that I received.

I really appreciate it when a company values their customer's concerns and promptly responds to the issue. We purchased the red Phi Villa 13-ft patio umbrella and love the look and design of it. Unfortunately, the LED light on ours stopped working on one side after a few months and it faded quickly. Phi Villa responded quickly and provided everything I could ask for to satisfy my concerns. Excellent customer service is the reason why we will be a repeat customer. Thank you!

Exceptional customer service and very happy with their products! We had a damaged delivery from a carrier and when I contacted their customer service, they took swift action to send replacement parts and monitored my satisfaction to ensure I was taken care of.
