We purchased a 7 piece outdoor dining set that was advertised as rust resistant and weather resistant. That's what we paid for. It is neither. Small blisters of rust appeared in less than one years use which quickly developed into several areas of the tabletop literally peeling off in large sections. Because we passed the one year warranty, they refuse to replace an obviously defective product. Customer Service consists of different people each time who will not allow you to communicate with management. If we wanted a "cheap" table that was not advertised as rust-resistant, we definitely could have ordered a set for half the price.

Bought the patio table set as it looked nice. When it arrived the chairs were scratched and the table had a dent in it and we were missing hardware. We contacted them and they offered $30 so we could buy a can of paint since they can’t get matching paint through customs. Well in order for it to match you would literally have to paint every piece and that would not resolve the issue with the dent in the table. We asked for a full refund or to replace the whole set. They haven’t responded so we contacted our credit card company to dispute the matter. Be careful buying from this company

I bought a 13x13 canopy from Home Depot of their product and had it sit in my barn over winter, ready for next spring. I opened it up, a part was broken, and since my return was out of date, i figures their customer service would help. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. You CAN NOT call them no matter if its 2 am or 2pm. They REFUSE to help you unless you bought it DIRECTLY from their website. Downright rude, unprofessional, and they have multiple "representatives" handle your case. Not american made, outsourced labor, and they do not care about your experience. Either a chinese company or and indian company that only cares about lining their pockets.

I've been trying over a week to get a response with email and calling with no luck

Phi viila failed to put the hardware in the box with the parkbench. Customer service was pretty much non existence. No return phone calls, and generic emails that were of no help.

I purchased 4 all weather rattan chairs. We live in a mild climate and the cushions started to mildew after one year and the rattan started to disintegrate after two years. We have a lot of this type of all weather rattan furniture and it is still in good condition after many years. The chairs I purchased from Phi Villa are not at all weather resistant. Unfortunately they are only warranted for one year.

We bought outdoor furniture from Phi Villa. After 1 week it started rusting with a rain sprinkle. I have been going back and forth and the first tell me send which part is bad and they will replace. Then they said we will give you a coupon and you can buy paint and paint it. The rust is from inside the furniture I tell them. I want to return and refund but now they say it is after the 30 day return. Even though i put a complaint in after 2 weeks. Do not buy any outdoor furniture from Phi villa. I spent alot of miney and got a lemon.

I purchased an outdoor patio table which is all rusted! I am so disappointed for I spent a lot of money. Do not purchase any outside furniture from this company. It will last only 6 months to maybe a year. If the patio table was purchased I would love to hear your comments after a year or less!
