The table was easy to put together and of excellent quality.I had to contact their customer service because of one of the legs required replacementThey're response was extremely quick and I had the replacement part within a week and that included the 4th of July holiday weekend! Extremely pleased with both the product and the customer service.

Excellent customer service. While assembling the chairs, I damaged a bolt. I emailed the company and was sent a hardware kit so I could complete assembly. It was one of the smoothest customer experiences I have ever had.

I bought six chairs from them and one of the chairs had a couple of problems with the material and leg. I contacted the company and the response was quick, helpful, and took care of the problem in short order. The support team was quick to respond and solve the problem.

I contacted customer service 19 June about a chair back with Threaded sleeve that would not fully accept the bolt.They responded within a few hours and started the process of sending a replacement chairback. It was timely in its arrival. I was most impressed with how the company dealt with a damaged cushion cover. They were prompt in their response. Communication was consistent from concern to its arrival. The cover was quickly replaced and the set is very comfortable at a great price and couldn’t be happier
