I ordered 6 swivel bar stools for my dock. The chairs went together with no problem. I did notice that one of the swivel bases was missing a few bearings. I sent an email and explained what I found, a couple of days later a replacement was sent to me. The chairs are out on my dock fully functional and looking good. I would recommend this product.

First delivery (7 pc outdoor dining set) had a damaged table. Customer service sent me a new table after sending them photos of the damaged table. The new table arrived a few days later undamaged (Fedex sent two delivery guys this time to carry the table and deliver to the front porch. I inspected and assembled the table and it now sits in our covered lanai. It fits and looks terrific. A few neighbors came over and we sat around the table in the new chairs. They were comfortable. Thanks. I am glad I found your website to order these items. I actually found you by mistake. Great Customer Service!!!

My wife ordered a 9 Pc Phi Villa patio furniture set. Approx one week after the order we had 1 of 5 boxes delivered (firepit). We figured that the order had got split up for delivery. So we waited for almost 2 weeks and nothing else showed up. We contacted Phi Villa and Farrah got back with us. We are not sure if Fedex delivered the other packages or if they were stolen. We live in a rural area so it could have been either or. Farrah was able to get the rest of our furniture delivered in just a few days. I couldnt be happier with the support we received from Farrah and Phi Villa.

Received outdoor set and table was damaged upon delivery. Contacted Phi Villa same evening. Was asked to send a few pictures of damage along with shipping label on box. Email correspondence between support was constant and within 4 days a new table was sent to me without damage. Hats off to their support staff and their no questions asked replacement policies. Job well done

Very pleased with the 2 outdoor chairs I bought from Phi Villa through Amazon. The chairs are as described. They are good looking and well built. I am especially pleased with the company’s customer service. There was a problem with the end cap on one of the legs on one chair and the problem was corrected promptly. I would definitely buy from this company again.

The black surface of my expandable table turned a mottled gray color under a metal tray that was set on it for a couple days. I emailed customer service and attached a photo of the damage. They replied within 24 hours with an offer to send a replacement. The new table arrived very quickly. That is outstanding customer service, and has earned a loyal customer in me.
