Bought my patio shades a year ago and they are remarkable and still look brand new. I had a shade that I lost the hardware package for. Contacted the company and they replied immediately to help me out! Will definitely buy from again!

This company is honest and attentive to their customers. I neglected to put in a discount code, and when it was brought to their attention, they reassured me that they would honor the discount. The 10', 3 Tier Auto-tilt, Double Vented Patio Umbrella arrived in good condition, and after its arrival they processed the credit for the discount. Very good Customer Service!

Had ordered an outdoor table and chair set for my deck. I received the items quickly and found them to be well made. I made a mistake on assembly and contacted their customer service via email for a replacement part. They were prompt with their response and communicated with me through the entire process until I received the replacement. I would recommend their product and customer service.

I forgot to add my coupon code for my discount on my order. I sent an email to customer service and their response was instant. Customer service’s response email asked me a few questions. I immediately answered and they, in turn, Immediately responded; letting me know that my account would be credited the percentage I was requesting. They also sent an additional email, letting me know my package was ready to ship with the tracking info and date of arrival. I truly appreciate the prompt attention, as well as the professional and courteous manner that was displayed to me. I would not hesitate to send my business to this company again.
