The first to arrive was the table and umbrella. I was very nervous that the chairs got lost in shipping. I emailed the company and they were very quick to respond. Needless to say chairs arrived 2 days later. My husband and I easily put the furniture together. I am very happy with everything.

The chair look very elegant and are very functional. We had an issue with the back of one of the chairs. I wrote an e-mail the Phivillaus and we got a replacement in a few days.

Great outdoor chairs! They are comfortable, sturdy, and have thick, supportive foam cushions that don’t sink or depress when you sit on them. I initially had two missing items, but customer service was responsive and helpful and made sure everything was sent and resolved. Overall, I’m very happy with both the chairs and the customer service!

The customer service was amazing. The lights on our umbrella stopped working after 3 months. I contacted customer service by email and I had a response very quickly. Suggestions were given how to possibly correct the problem with a series of several emails with quick response time. After several tries the company graciously offered to send us a new one at no cost. We will definitely use this company again and have been very pleased with the quality of the product itself.

Recently I purchased an Umbrella for my patio table. It has an auto-tilt feature that I couldn't figure out how to use. I was afraid to push on the handle for fear it would break. I contacted the company and they responded the very next day with a video showing how to use it. I am now very satisfied with it and glad it works as advertised. The customer service from this company is outstanding and I highly recommend purchasing from them.

We love the outdoor set we bought, but one of the cushions had a seam separation. I made one call and two weeks later received a replacement cover. Great customer service, and would do business again.

I purchased one of the 12 person straight wall tents, ot arrived on a Tuesday. When I received it I set it up in my back yard. During the assembly I found that one of the fiberglass rods was damaged. I sent an email with some photos of the damage. The next morning there was a response to my email saying they would send a replacement part right away. Thursday afternoon FedEx dropped off the replacement part. I am totally impressed with the response to my issue and the quick delivery of the replacement parts. We'll done!!
