I was missing the correct cushion for my swivel chair. I lucked up and got in touch with customer service after trying for a couple of days. I received my chair cushion within the expected timeframe however it was the wrong cushion. After an email or 2 to ensure the correct replacement, I received the correct cushion within the timeframe given.

I bought the expandable metal outdoor dinnette and chose 8 chairs with cushions. I love the set. I only put 6 chairs around the table and set 2 aside in a conversation area. The chairs I chose feel a little too low to eat at table with but very comfortable. The table was delivered in a timely manner and easy to put together. The chairs took a little longer to assemble but was expected. The cushions are advertised as weather and fade resistant but my two chairs were partially in the sun only a few hours a day, I have a roof over my set. Those two cushions faded. I didn't have it for more than one season. The company easily replaced the covers to the cushions. I will just keep it out of the sun.

While the patio set we ordered did not meet our expectations and was all damaged, their customer service is exceptional. They refunded our purchase very quicky. I had higher expectations for the set, and am frustrated we spent the time putting it together, but just happy the $1,000+ we spent has been refunded and we're not stuck with a set that was damaged. The set we ordered had no reviews but I expected it would be the same quality of their other sets. If every company had this level of customer service, that would be amazing.

The chairs we ordered were exactly what we wanted, however one package contained the incorrect arm. The issue was quickly corrected by sending me the correct replacement arm to be able to assemble the last chair.

The table and chairs look great. However there was an issue with mis-machined parts that needed correcting before the chairs would go together. However, it now looks beautiful
