This company was fantastic and easy to deal with for replacement part

I purchase a patio table and chairs set. It also came with an umbrella. When the items were delivered, my husband was home and the items were placed in the garage. When we started to pu the set together, we were missing 2 chairs. The company researched the situation, the items were most likely lost in transit. The company sent me the two chairs. The set is lovely and looks wonderful on our patio.

Great customer service!!! I bought a grill for my son for Christmas - Nice grill at a very good price - only to find out the next day his wife also bought him a grill for Christmas. So I needed to cancel my order and, as I had never heard of Phi Villa, was very concerned about canceling the order and getting my money back. But... When I got home I sent an email to customer service requesting cancelation. The very next morning, Phil Villa customer service sent me an email confirming my cancelation and the following morning I received an email from AMEX of the reimbursement. So... Great customer service!!! (Thank you, Tiffany) Phi Villa is now bookmarked on my computer.

While assembly our new bar stools, one of the parts had a piece that was to insert into another parts, but was welded crookedly. The folks at Phi Villa took it seriously and searched for a new part which they sent right away and arrived in perfect condition. They stayed in touch all the way! Although not having it correct in the first place was an inconvenience, I felt backed up by the manufacturer and would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Thanks!

I purchased a 20x20 carport and upon receiving my carport one box had damaged parts. I contacted Phi Villa and received an answer within 24 hours stating a new box would be shipped. I received a replacement box within days. I have never received better customer service or more courteous people to deal with anywhere. Would definitely buy from Phi Villa again

I purchased a very nice Phi Villa outdoor canopy in July. I contacted the company after one of the support poles broke. They responded to my emails within hours and asked for photos of the canopy to illustrate the broken pole. Phi Villa replaced my canopy immediately. I wish all companies provided this kind of customer service!

I purchased a patio set and i received it very fast. The set is exactly how it was shown on the website, it is a beautiful set and the price was also very good. I had an issue with the table, one part was loose and it was no way for me to fix it. I emailed the store and they responded immediately. They were very polite and respectfully , they sent me a new table the same day and they told me to keep the damaged one. Absolutely awesome customer service, i will recommend this seller to my family and friends. Thank you Phi villa!

I purchased a 5-piece Patio Set that includes a Fire Pit and my product was extremely nice and looks just as advertised. There was just one issue, one of the the back pillow rest was the wrong pillow cover, however, I addressed it immediately with the manufacturer via email and they corresponded with me immediately and sent me a replacement and told me that I can go ahead and keep the extra seat cover for future use. I really appreciate the Awesome Customer Support and would recommend Phi Villaus to family and friends, and the staff members whom communicated with me via email were very polite and respectful 🙏🏾❤️❤️👍🏾👍🏾🤭
