Server was the best customer service I’ve ever had (Dylan) at freehold pf chang. Food was delicious I had the wagyu steak , it was amazing

My spicy chicken tasted like orange chicken, and they did not own up for mistake food took entirely to come for my order to be wrong I won't come again it was like an overrated panda express.

Pf chang north miami today watched blatant white privilege by 2 bar tenders to a man at pf chang, while i was made wait for my service and food without the same extended courtesy, for ex. He requested a new beer and bar tender jump to serve him, while I ordered 7 to 10 minutes earlier and did not recieved w until I ask him again. They both keep going to the man several times aaking are u ok are ok, is everything ok, while me and my wife was ignored, it was nauseating to witness peaople color so obliged, it was also unfair ,I had been there before and was never treated like that...I will not be going back...plus I don't like there qr code paying method¡!!¡!!!@!@@@@!!

When we were waiting for them to come and answer are question we had to wait 10 minutes then they hanged up on me. Don't depend on call in survice.

Was a “single” say in bar dining area in Clearwater FL - bartender was quick to wait on me and personable. Food however was not so good. Ordered Beef Broccoli- asked to add mushrooms and for some spice. Served food quickly—but simehow the cook managed to overcook the beef into “jerky” and there was no spice, and I had to HUNT for the added mushroom—which I was more than willing to pay for. Finally found one - sliced at about 1/16th of an inch and barely recognizable. Also ordered fried rice w/beef, shrimp and chicken — which to my experience is always a slam dunk — not this time — it was lackluster with little to NO FLAVOR! All around- the FOOD WAS AWFUL. Wait staff good.

I am 75 and I do not like making orders online. I was park at PF Changs’ Aly answered the phone. She was so kind and happy. She took my order and reported it back to me. I went inside and paid for the food. Aly came up to me. I ask to speak to the manager. Lana came over and she was wonderful. She reinforced how great Aly is. Banna worked at take out and brought my food to me. I love P.F. Chang food. I am a Breast Cancer Survivor and it just was nice to have such happy friendly staff helped me Eunice Carol Franklin

Amazing staff , amazing food . It was my bday and when I told the staff they brought me a complimentary birthday ice cream . Great good . Dynamite shrimps are just love !!!

Daughters wedding rehearsel. dinner. Terrible experience in West Des Moines. They cancelled the reservation after my daughter said we might be late. She told them she was deaf and could not respond to a call. They called instead of text anyway. Cancelled and we arrived to a less than busy place. Seperated us into two groups. She was embararrased and suffered a panic attack. We ate. We left. Very upset with staff and manager. Terrible experience.
