Bad service, they brought aptizer after main course. Food is extremely oily, not much tast or flavor. Used to be good, now I give it an F, and last time to visit a pf chang restaurant. Oh I forgot to mention stomach ack and dieria.

Always love our trips to PF Changs. We drive 35 miles to the closest one. Always wonderful service and delicious food

Were here tonight 🌷 Dinner a little deceiving …,,compare to past ones ! 2 cocktails drinks ..,, eye of the tiger and one with coconut .,,,very bitter and not drinkable at all ! As so great in the past we are coming as regularly customer ! My beef and broccolis had a very poor tasty sauce used to be great, something missing there ? Was not tasty too watery same with the dumplings sauce, sorry to write thisc😳 Disappointed, tonight dinner . Great service, always , thank you 😄 Andy Long & Francoise Roberts

How the mighty have fallen. Walnut Creek restaurant has gone down hill. Broken fixtures in the bathrooms, dirty floors, slow service. There is a terrible squeaky noise from the vent above our table and they just sat a couple next to us with a dog!! Food was marginal. Will not be coming back to this one🫤

The food was very good. It’s my wife’s favorite place to eat. Ally was our server and was very good.

Even though our last visit had redeemed P.F. Chang's in our minds thanks to our wonderful server Summer in Ft. Myers. Sadly, it has been steadily declining over the past few years. The service, the atmosphere, and the choices on the menu. The service has been steadily becoming the biggest downfall. Hence, having Summer as our server the other night was a complete breath of fresh air. Our last few servers and hosts and hostesses were far from the standards held years ago. Way back when dark denim jeans and white long-sleeve button-down shirts were the front-of-house staff uniforms. The atmosphere also changed greatly, beginning with the painting of the horse standing at the entrance. The travesty of painting such a horse. My heart was crushed. Lastly, the food is the ultimate reason why we still go there. It is still amazing and has ruined me for eating Chinese Cuisine anywhere else to this day. But, they removed some items we loved. Yet, in the defense of the R&D department, they did make it possible with newer creations to customize and have similar versions of them if we wish. I just long for the "OG" version of P.F. Changs China Bistro, held to the standards it used to be held to, Pre-COVID, before everything....

I use to love this place and would drive 45 min to Atl to order food, but the last three visits was very disappointing. The quality and taste of the food has decrease tremendously. The food has absolutely no flavor at all, very bland with no taste. With this said, my trips to pf chang will stop its not worth the drive or the money

I just left; I enjoyed my lunch but definitely not the service. In his defense they might have over extended him, however after waiting for my bill it was obvious I had only eaten about half my lunch. When he finally brought me my tab and did remember my fortune cookie LOL there was no offer to a box. At that point I was done. Did tip about 10% but seriously he didnt earn it . Willl be awhile before I go back, if ever, Sad as it is usually my monthly treat. Oh and the manager walking around was not welcoming at all, never saw him acknowledge any customers. Oh and we were alll women mmmmmmm interesting
