Customer awareness is poor.

Would give them a zero ,worst service ever ,food tasted warmed over. My meal was Ginger Chicken with Broccoli which came with a side of noodles or rice , they changed me for the noodles. My family just sat down and was expected to order right now before looking at menu. My daughter was talked told oh so you are ready now in a very nasty way. The waiter didn’t even come to our table except to make negative remarks, like he had to walk to the back of the kitchen to get straws and water . When checking out he yelled at my daughter you did not pay, then touched her, and wouldn’t look at her phone to see payment received.He went to the computer to check and said oh just a glitch you paid. We had a party of nine with 2 late arrivals. PF Changs do better , I hope this was not about the color of our skin. Wichita Ks

We had a great meal, spring rolls, chili garlic green beans, crab wontons and salt and pepper prawns expertly served to us by Rigo. Always courteous, professional and kind. We always ask for Rigo! He is one of the best servers at PF Chang!

Best service provided by Dakota. Smiling, helpful attitude and making sure that we got what we asked for very quickly. Checked frequently if we needed anything else. Went out of the way to make our lunch enjoyable. Food was excellent, especially double pan fried noodles. New sauce was very tasty

Everything was excellent

The food portions were very small and expensive. I give it a 2 out of 10 and I will never eat there again.

We had the best experience for my birthday at the Glebe Road location in Va. Nicholas was great 👍🏽

Long waiting and serving time. We ordered Tofu it was terribly cooked, it was so hard, no sauce in it. Dumpling we ordered were also under cooked. Not good experience and will not recommend
