We recently had the Charlotte PF Chang's on Phillips Pl. cater our holiday party. Rodney, IM, and the entire team did an outstanding job. They handled everything, cooking, delivery, set up, Sterno, chaffing dishes etc. IM did a fantastic job and we cannot say enough great things about her and her staff. The food was perfect and was a huge hit. Using PF Changs for our annual holiday party will now be a tradition for us. Thank you so much and Happy Holidays !! Gary & Lisa

We always have such an amazing experience with Chaz and the food is so amazing and he service second to none. We love coming to Brandon just for this experience.

Father's Day special advertisement was not honored. The staff did not know about it, even though I had a copy of the full advertisement. I used to go regularly but this was such a let down I have not returned. I would have continued visiting but the company has never offered to rectify the experience at all.

Party of 9 on Suday the 4 of December. Waiter excellent but food was horrible. No taste on a spicy dish. Beef overcooked on other dishes. Could not eat. Sarasota PFC.

Service was great!! Our server Ryan Was very personable and pleasant. Food was great too!

Well I am so disappointed today with PF Chang's, my husband and I go to the P.F. Chang's in Chattanooga Tn often but today it was terrible . The food not good asked for extra sauce, it took 20 minutes to come out , then food was cold . Service was terrible our waitress just ignored us , had to ask for a drink twice . Worse one we have been to and we normally go to a lot of them . Worse time to this one. Very disappointed.
