I ordered delivery this evening from the PF Changs restaurant on N. Glebe Rd. in Arlington, Virginia. The Mongolian Beef had good flavor yet was very, very tough and difficult to chew! As October is my birthday month, I ordered the Dynamite Shrimp as my free appetizer. The shrimp was so tiny & covered with batter, I honestly could not taste the shrimp! The green beans were good as always with delicious flavors. At least one item tasted good. I order from this PF Changs often through various delivery companies. Also, have lunch their occasionally. I do not know what has happened to the quality of size and food at this Arlington, Va PF Changs. I’m very disappointed. iI do not mind paying good money for good food and always tip Drivers 20%. And most of the time their Door Dash drivers don’t even follow instructions.

I went to the Arlington location today. Lacey is an amazing employee. She has a smile and helpful mindset. She didnt know that I had 2 times before today not gotten my crunchy wantons for my soup. When I ordered it she stated I will get you those crunchy wontons. I told her how happy that made me. She was so bubbly and happy. I had previously had a bad interaction and she will be the reason I continue to keep coming back.

10/2/22 We had a big order with P.F Chang's they didn't complete the order correctly. The food wasn't ready on time and the shrimp dish was mushy. The food was expensive. There was very little meat in the orange chicken. We will not go back to P.F Chang's.

I ordered from P.F. Chang's recently and was greatly disappointed. I spent $100 for food, thinking it would last for more than 1.5 days between 2 people. They forgot several things and their portion size had significantly decreased. I traveled from Delaware because they do not have this restaurant in my area. It was not worth the time and it was a waste of my money. I have been eating at P.F. Chang's for more than 10 years. I will no longer be ordering from this restaurant.

Great service! We had Bernard as our server. He was professional, quick to bring drinks, and checked on several times. He also took our pictures! Highly recommend Bernard, he’s an excellent server!!!

Although the service at the Somerset Mall location was superb, the food was not worth the money. This had been the first time since the beginning of COVID that we had been. The menu has significantly changed as well as the quality of food. Two of our dishes came out cold and chewy. Unless things change we won’t be back!

Another amazing meal at P.F. Chang's. We really enjoyed the food, the ambiance, and the service. (Thank you Joey!) This place never disappoints.

Don’t waste your money.
