PexUnivese mis-picked my box and did not send my complete order. They're willing to ship the replacements, but only by ground. I tried to cancel the order and get a return label, as their offer was too slow for my project - I budgeted for one shipment time, not two - and they were unwilling to do so. At this point I feel cheated.

On a $1,000 order, I received a defective Ox Box. They will not send a replacement until I ship the defective part back at my own expense. Their customer service is really bad. unfortunate but the other reviews are true. The reason I had to pay to ship was that I did not notify them within 14 days. So if you receive a large order be sure to inventory each part before sending it to the job sire. Better yet do business with a reliable company. Of course, that is their company policy so they are in the right. Right but not good customer service.

Should have read and trusted these reviews. Shady AF. Not sure how they are still in business. Refused to process my order until I gave them my full CC number by phone and sent a copy of my ID. What could go wrong with that?! Haha. Nice try.

They charged my cc then emailed me saying they cant ship the pex manifold i ordered unless they can three way call my bank....i just told them to cancle my order!!

I asked before purchase if the fittings on manifold can be switched to expansion style for pex a. They told me that they are already correct for that. I wanted to be real clear so emailed back and confirmed that the fittings will indeed work for expansion method on Pex A. They confirmed. I ordered 2 units. They did not work. I emailed them back and they pretty much said too bad. Lousy people to do business with. I won't be making that mistake again.

I made a small order (just over 100$) and they emailed me and asked me to call. When I did they wanted me to give them my credit card number over the phone. When I refused, they ended up cancelling the order.

cannot accept Cc would not recommend to anyone , tried 2x, had all required info, but would not take without trying to get unneeded info over phone, be careful, taken cards for 20 yrs, never need this info for under 200 or for thousands in my business

I'm not recommend this store if you wish to return something later. Absolutely terrible return process. I can not get answer where my return for around 180$ more than month.
