Was sent fish with a faulty heat pack
Was sent fish with a faulty heat pack, one fish was dead and 4 were barely alive. Mind you it was 10°F outside the day of delivery not including the 24 hour delay with Fed ex. The dead one I only received store credit ($19) and was expected to cover the shipping ($55) again. Instead of actually helping and answering questions all they did was send me a link to their DOA instructions. Horrible service. Edit. Introduced ich into my tank, and one of the gourami's died. DO NOT BUY HERE

Note no refunds are given for any shipping costs, we are always happy to send a replacement of the same fish or something of similar value minus the ship costs (this is an industry standard when it comes to livestock).

Horrible customer service
I bought an item that was in stock. Was told a few days later that we item was not in stock and that they were receiving more the following week. That week came and passed, still no item. I called, no answer. I responded to the text that was sent to me, left on read with no response.

I ordered a fish
I ordered a fish, it said it would come in 3-5 business days, this is the 7th business day and the fish is almost certainly dead, thanks for the dead 60$ fish

Do note, if you used USPS, there isn’t a live arrival guarantee as it can take 2-4 business days. We do guarantee live arrival with FedEx 👍

Guarantee scam
14$ fish. Only way to “Garuntee” He fish is fed ex shipping. 59$. Fish dead on arrival. Only way to get the fish is pay another 59$ for shipping. So 120$ for a 14$ fish. The guarantee is a scam others pick up the tab for the shipping. There is zero guarantee !! Their first reply was “Bummer”

No update on shipping when asked multiple times Eventually received a “cancelled” shipment when asked for an update!!! Never got a reply from them advising why!

Terrible... Refuse to refund, missing items, ignoring delivery date instruction...
Run from this seller... I placed several orders before the holiday and PetZone told me two of the orders didn't have the shrimp I ordered in stock so I requested a refund for those two. Then when I asked for the refund after the holiday again and again, PetZone claimed they didn't receive the payments, even though I've already received the receipt for the successful payments from Stripe and sent PetZone as many as proof as I could to chase them to check their system to see if there was any bug. They insisted they didn't have the fund and refused to refund, while the money was already charged from my bank. Nearly $800 gone... And here is more, for the other orders that were actually shipped, when I received the package, many items were missing, and they completely ignored the instruction to ship later so I received the items while my second tank is still being cycled so I'm not sure how the fish will end up and I've no idea where i should put the new plant... Another $400 that might be gone soon... So, in short, run from this seller.....

Hi Sean! You got your fish healthy and phenomenally fast but it was Black Friday weekend and the guys got overwhelmed with shipments and may have missed the note, does this make us qualify to be a 1-star just because of a minor blunder? Fish wasn’t DOA nor was there a delay, why the unfair rating? We already apologized as there was mixup and the packing crew went into autopilot as a packing slip is included with every package we send out.

Bought 5 guppies all the fish were dead asked for a refund they didn’t. Bag smells horrendous like it died weeks ago will never buy anything from this store again respectful lly
