Hi Ben! So sorry to hear about your shipment. We do guarantee live arrival but if the order is left outside with no one to receive immediately it does null our warranty (there are so many factors such as weather, direct sunlight, temp, etc, etc) per our DOA policy: https://www.petzonesd.com/live-arrival-guarantee/ if you can send over some details of our DOAs our team can review and follow up further. thanks

Hi Sirius. Sorry to hear about your trouble, can you send over your order details to us via email? For DOAs we can cover, given that the DOA policy steps are following: https://www.petzonesd.com/livestock-shipping-schedule/ This policy is also shown at the end of checkout as a disclaimer T/Cs that must be agreed to prior to payment. Note, if USPS is used, there aren’t any live arrival guarantees as shown at checkout and also next to the shipment option captions. We do guarantee live arrival with FedEx overnight. Hi Brandon. We got your email but asked numerous times for an update with clear photos to show proof of DOA per our policy T/Cs with no response but a repeated “my fish arrived dead” each time. We can’t help unless there’s some proof of DOA. Also, this is your second time ordering and the first time you claimed we sent it to the wrong address despite us shipping to the address submitted via the order form. We feel like we’re getting finessed and the run around. Seller, beware….
