Rex, for our FHs they are all WYSIWYG. The only fish that may vary in appearance are the FH fry as they are differ. We would never send out a mature FH that is different from the pics. Hoaxing people is not the business we're in (besides, you know where to find us physically and come beat us up; jokes asides we wouldn't do that). Norman, thanks for your order. We did indeed call a handful of times but nowadays many people don't pickup phone calls from unrecognizable numbers so we shoot over a text in addition to a phone call if we cannot successfully reach via the traditional phone call method. We apologize as all the fish are in stock except the Synodontis Cats you ordered and we did not want to send out a partial order right away without getting a confirmation from you or giving you the option of substituting for another similar fish or something of similar value. One of our teammates will reach out shortly to you via phone.
