Healthy, live and doing a great job. Shipping was quick compared to others.

Danios arrived healthy aside from a little bit of stress ich. No biggie there, its clearing up nicely with a bit of treatment. Service was prompt and communication was pretty good. If flip doesn't have something I want I'm totally going to Pet Zone to order fish in the future.

Total shipping cost should be on your site. I did not mind paying the additional shipping costs but it should already on the site. A bit confusing and there is no proof where that additional money I paid went to. Makes one wonder.

Had some trouble getting an order at first but was contacted pretty fast to try to fix it. Good customer service but getting there on the online side of it

Shipping time was great and packaging was very protective but there was very little water in the bag so the fish was in shock when it arrived. Other than that, great job! Very satisfied!

Items shipped quickly, but one of the items was incorrect and I haven’t received any word if the correct item is on the way yet, or what to do with the wrong one.

I order Dragon stone and a aquatic plant. We gotta remember that when ordering something online for a specific idea it’s just not going to be what we had in mind, Pet zone had excellent customer service both times I called them. I probably rather drive to thier location so I can pick out my Hard scape but I’m going to be a customer for life.

I ordered online. The store had fish in stock that I couldn't find anywhere else. Shipping was ontime and prices were very reasonable. Two of my 10 fish arrived in poor shape and didnt survive acclimation. Two more died in the next 24 hours.Despite this, due to the low prices and quality of service and the fact that my fish were shipped literally thousands of miles, I found the loss to be acceptable and didn't pursue getting refunded. I will likely order again and recommend Pet Zone.
