Pet Zone Tropical FishReviews of petzonesd.com

Smooth transactions.

I got a beautiful srd flowerhorn extremely healthy packed well and arrived on time the best part was that the fish I originally had picked was unfortunately sold out of store same day and they called me and sent me video of others to choose, awesome customer service in my eyes couldn't be happier

They came fast , love my kuhli loach. They came packed very safe.

Although things were stressful for everyone, and still are, you managed to come through with integrity and quality, even under pressure of these trying times when pressure either brakes one, or makes them even stronger and better, Thank you for all the good business & I look for ward to more to come. God bless you and yours.

Thank you for reaching out to me and letting me know my order status, and thank you for staying open during this time to help us all enjoy our aquariums at home! I know my order is a bit delayed, but I can't wait for my new fish!

Roger spent a lot of time with me on the phone answering questions and tracking down a particular tank stand that I was looking for. Pet Zone sent my order out to me surprisingly quickly. Despite the fact that lockdown orders and many rules and restrictions are in place, Roger and Pet Zone far exceeded my expectations. A+ for customer service!

Excellent doing business with this place. Shipped way earlier than the website said, even with the COVID pandemic going on. Will definitely be ordering more fish in the future.

Fantastic customer service. Shipped very quick, and everything was very healthy
