Always fast service and healthy

ordered online and picked up in store. It was all during covid times so they kept the proper number of customers in the store to prevent overcrowding and regulated flow at the door. Most of their staff had logo'd masks which was suprisingly nice to be able to identify who was available to help. everyone was very helpful and nice.

Very nice people and great quality fish. I ordered online, and ended up going to the wrong location but they accomodated me and filled my order on the spot. I will definitely make this my aquarium supply shop!

Very friendly and very helpful, much better than any other fish store in town!

Fish arrived in great shape. Thank you

I see several berried cherry shrimp moms were sent again, and I'm grateful. Unfortunately, due to the shipping exception, it seems that most (potentially all) of those eggs were dropped in transit (but the packaging was well insulated and cushioned and these are odd times, so it's not your fault). Potential babies aside, all of the shrimp appear to be alive and well, so I'm grateful!

Great customer service and great products

Redtail and azul peacock bass came fast and alive. We're eating in hours in my new tank. Badd ass fish!.!.!
