GREAT experience

Great experience! My Amazon puffer was alive, heat pack was warm, and a week later still doing well. Was shocked but happy to see the puffer was small (smaller) than what I expected. Happy because now we can watch her (we decided it was a girl) grow. Will be ording more fish soon!!

Great fish place

I ordered a couple of fish online and realized later that night I was going out of town for a week. I certainly did not want return to a box of dead fish, so I called the next morning and informed the associate of my situation. He immediately refunded my purchase through PayPal. The transaction went smoothly and without issue.

Both my orders I received perfectly healthy fish. Well packaged and they are healthy little specimens!

I love the quality of the fish you sent me. Beautiful species coloring, perfection.

Only one fish dead, out of all of them was pretty impressed. The fish are in real good health. Packaging was top knot. I will reorder for sure and yes I already reorder more fish. I think I can trust you guys you are doing a great job for shipping fish.

I've never ordered fish online before, but we couldn't find what we wanted locally, so I took a chance. They arrived healthy and happy, and have settled in to their new home well.
