All three assassin snails came in alive and healthy.

The fish are healthy, however I orderd riticulated, I received dark brown and Sandy color.

I think the product is great , considering I live in Tulsa Oklahoma. I’m happy with the service, was called regarding the need to switch one of my choices. My one disappointment, I’m new to caring for Shrimp & was not aware of the parameters needed to include them in my tanks . Maybe shame on me for not reaching out before hand for more information. Alas all ten were gone in 24 hours ( I had them in a 2.5 gallon w one Betta & 2 snails @ 72 degrees & PH of 7.5 ) They we’re about 1/4 to 1/2 inch in length. Live and learn I suppose.

all in all im very happy the fish i got were healthy and as good or better then expected even with the pandemic going on shipping wazs quick service has been plesant to deal; with had a couple quircks with shipping bit so far they have been willing to do whats needed to resolve them they were minor issues to begin with i cant complain and will do more shopping wth them

Both fish were correct and alive. Packaging was good the only problem I have is the marble goby seems to have sunken belly and don't look too healthy. Other fish is healthy and doing great

Got my Amazon Puffer and decided he needed company. So I ordered 2 more. Was bummed a few days when I ordered the first one it was $10 cheaper. 🤷🏽‍♀️ My puffer came with no information, but was healthy. Still stressing but hopefully once the others arrive that will help. Then quarantine time. Thanks

I got my pea puffers in less than 24 hours, all 3 were alive and well. They were much smaller than I expected but they’re doing great. I will definitely order again thanks

I ordered 4 crabs on may 5th and 3 of them showed up DOA. They told me they are understaffed but it has been 2 months and no one else has got back to me.
