My order was delivered rather quickly and carefully packaged. unfortunately, one of the snails in my order did not survive. Otherwise total satisfaction.

Great store quality fish in great customer service.

I have ordered from petzone SD before and was happy with the results. However this particular order was full of problems. I ordered 2 angelfish and 1 panda garra. I was surprised at the size of the garra! The koi angel turned out to be a blushing koi angel. Just beautiful! The marbled angel, however turned out to be a black lace that died upon delivery. It broke my heart. Petzone offered a replacement or store credit? Since they don't seem to know their angelfish I went with store credit on a mail order. Either way I get to spend $58 shipping to replace a $11 fish. There has to be a better solution.

Considering i was less than 30 min away you would think delivery would only take the day. Nonetheless I'm pretty new to the hobby but the Baccopa Carolina was not looking too healthy, really short stems and not that many leaves. Not sure if pairing it with an easy grower is ideal but we'll see how it turns out. Will be stoping by for fish here soon!

Your fish 🐠 are very good but some are to small I need a little bigger fish

Fish arrived healthy and my order was well packaged. Only downfall was the fish were a lot smaller than I was expecting. Also 1 of the fish died the same day I received it but I don't think it was the fault of Pet Zone.

Communication was phenomenal, and shipping was very quick - placed my order Thursday, fish arrived on Friday. One rili shrimp was dead on arrival and buried under the gravel in the shipping bag, and two of my harlequin rasboras arrived dead with injuries, cannibalized by some of the others, which was disappointing, but I ordered 10 and got sent 11 so had 9 survivors. I didn't bother sending pictures so I can't speak to the response to DOA. Rili shrimp are decent grade, and the assassin snails are assassinating. Everybody is active and alert in the tank, and none died during two-hour acclimation. Overall, I'm quite pleased.
