When shipping live fish
When shipping live fish, you should have the correct shipping already in place. Plus both fish were placed in the same bag depleting there oxygen more quickly. I paid alot of money and still received a DOA.

Got the wrong item delivered.
Well, I ordered the non tissue culture Monte Carlo and got the tissue culture. I purposely didn't order the tissue culture.

I ordered 2 4-lined pimlodus catfish…
I ordered 2 4-lined pimlodus catfish and 3 large ( 3-4 inch ) iridescent shark catfish . The pims did awesome . The shark cats barely made it . I've gone thru you guys before with no problems so I'm not butt hurt but maybe some aquarium salt in the bag first ? They're fine now . Thanks in advance

Didn't receive items, fish died a few days after
I bought a decent amount of fish and plants online. One of the plants and one of the fish didn't come. I wasn't told I wouldn't be getting them. I contacted them and they refunded me for the missing items, but it was a little odd. One of the other fish died only a few days later, even though all my other fish are fine. I have to assume it was sick. No one responded when I emailed them about it. Meh experience

Problem with fish upon delivery
All 3 bags were almost no air and 2 bags were leaking. The red spot severum was full of itch. 3 days later severum looks half dead. It's on my quarantine tank by it self. However I have never problem buying fish with all.

Both fish arrived very sick
Both fish arrived very sick one passed away a day later after drip acclimating properly

Could be better
I ordered 3 vampire crabs. They arrived quickly but one was not moving much and died shortly after.
