Overall great experience
My overall experience was great. I have so far placed two separate orders and will most likely continue purchasing aquarium plants from Pet Zone. There is always risk associated with purchasing plants, or anything alive, from an online vendor. Between my last two orders, I received 4 items that were dead upon arrival, 2 items that were incorrect, and never received another 2 items. However, these damaged, incorrect, and missing items were all very quickly refunded. Every other item in the order arrived viable and in great shape.
