Very impressed with their customer service. Received a text about some of the fish I ordered, mentioning they were sick. Rather than just sending them to me and making it become my problem, they issued me a refund. The bundle of Otos I received were in great shape. Will 100% order from them again.

I've used a lot of other places and may have left a review here but got frustrated because I couldn't find a healthy iridescent at all of the top vendors. The sharks I got from this place were huge, their selection is huge and I have made 4 orders since then. There was a time a fish was out of stock and they TEXTED me so they could get it out the same day so I could have it the next day. I have gotten all my orders the next day. That is customer service my friend. I saw some guy make a Google post about being charged a couple dollars more for the size of a fish and they said that was a rare occasion they have upgraded me for free a bunch of times and dude if you're worried about a couple bucks this ain't the hobby for you. This place is the poo!

very helpful with my order someone called to let me know that one of the fish on my order became unavailable. He suggested I cancel the unavailable fish and proceed with the available one. Which I did and he processed my delivery as well as crediting my bank account that same day.

Spent $200 on a wild blue Arowana/black and let me tell u well worth it was shipped super quick and the fish came in looking amazing with only a little fin damage but that's to be expected when moving a fish especially a big fish and I live in pa so this fish had to go from coast to coast all the way from Cali
