Stephanie, we are sorry for letting you down as customer service and satisfaction is what we strive for. We understand how frustrating this can be and hope we can make things right for you if given a fair chance and opportunity. Inventory is something we are trying to improve as livestock can be tricky due to not having SKUs or UPCs and as a shop that has a high turnover rate of livestock (we have two physical storefronts in addition to our few online sales channels), we do our best to try and keep everything in "real time," though difficult, do know we are making an effort to improve on this. We did promptly contact you after the order was made and if in your shoes, we can understand this can be disappointing as you won't be receiving something you were initially excited in ordering. Give us a fair chance and opportunity to make things right and we can assure we won't let you down. Johnny, our apologies in the delay. There was an issue with the fish and the team sincerely did try to reach out but could not get a hold of you via phone or email. We went ahead and sent a refund and cancelled the order for now. As our token of appreciation for your continued business and support, we'd like to extend a special and discount for you. Richard, thanks for your feedback, we are sorry for your experience. We would never intentionally send out the wrong fish nor would be committing fraud, this business is our passion and livelihood and we wouldn’t be in this business if it was our business practice to “fool our customers.” Let us reach out to you tomorrow. Do know we are not in this business to do the things you fore-mentioned. The second batch of fish may have gotten mixed up while the team packed the fishes (we send out dozens upon dozens of orders a day; mistakes do happen occasionally and we are sorry for dropping the ball on your order).
