Garrett. we apologize about the delay. We want to give a heads up that at this moment, it is taking us a couple days longer to get back to emails or messages during this uncertain time. This business is our passion and livelihood and it's not in our interest to rip anyone off, we can assure you this Please bear with us as we work are working with majorly reduced team members & operating hours these last 2-3 weeks and are adjusting to the new environment. There's close to 100 boxes we are packing and shipping daily and the influx of emails are something we're doing our best to get back to as quick as we can. Mikael, we had invoiced you last month and have awaited for the payment. We have yet to receive it and the order won't be fulfilled until this is completed. USPS doesn't work for livestock as it takes 3-5 business days for delivery, which we brought up to your attention. Please advise.

Mac, we are extremely understaffed at this time and our website admins and shipping team have been out for the last week or two so bear with us as we maneuver through this Covid19 lockdown crisis as we've also reduced operating hours. Malissa, we are very sorry about your experience. The teammate in charge of your order had given you a call the same day to sincerely apologize as he had missed the deadline for shipment that Friday. The team has been crazy slammed with in-store customers and online order shipments and we are sorry we dropped the ball. A refund was immediately issued that same day. We can assure you this will not happen again and ask that we're given a fair chance and opportunity to make things right for you. =) Thank you and hope to speak soon.

$204 was total, Brianne was unaware this was USD currency (we are an American business) and was shocked when statement showed $280 taken out (CAD is lower than USD when converted). We cancelled and refunded already; it can take 5-10 business days to reflect on your statement. The funds are processed the moment you purchase an item. When the money is "taken out," it can take 2-3 days later to process via the merchant account and bank account. We have no control over the finance activity. Your refund request came after payment was already sent. Sorry for the confusion and hope this clears things up. Also, refunds can take a few business days as we don't have control over the time duration between our processor company and your bank. We have been in business for over a decade and would not try to "scam" anyone, how would we sustain our business that we have a love and passion for? Thank you.
