Everything was fine I just wanted a black and an orange Fantale. also, looking for a small panda Rancho or oranda . What I got from you is very healthy. Very nice and shipped to me. Very timely.

Unfortunately my fish arrived DOA. I took pictures and informed them what had happened. They credited me back my money for the fish, and I have now ordered another. I have a good feeling that this one will be healthy and I'm excited to be getting him.

They where package great.. arrived on time they just where a bit thin Igs from the flight here

Great fish!! Everything arrived alive. I did receive a chopstick snail rather that a king koopa snail but this lil guy is cool

I ordered twice from Petzone and the first shipment of fish arrived alive and a bit stressed from the trip, the vampire pleco lived but the snowball pleco didn’t survive the first couple of days, I emailed Petzone a pic of the dead fish and they credited me 1/2 of what the fish cost. At the same time I reordered the snowball pleco and a green phantom but was unable to get the credit applied to the new shipment. They said they would check back with me but I haven’t had any follow up from their customer service team. The green phantom and snowball pleco are alive and well from the second shipment. I would recommend Petzone still to anyone interested!

I recently purchased 5 Banned Archer fish. When I received my order all 5 had died. I sent an email to Petzone and they immediately called me. I received a credit back on my card and apologies for the deaths. I have purchased many times from the seller and have received excellent service. I believe that there was a issue with the fish causing their deaths. I will again purchase from Petzone.
