Sold me 2 kelberi bass online they did not have. Sad part is the kelberi bass is really hard to come by so I ordered 2, after preparing tank. Refund is processing.

I placed an order for black worms in December. I repeatedly tried to speak with a live person, no answer, the message tells you to email. I got responses back saying they were on backorder, I asked for someone to call me, no response. I asked for full refund, no response. This is a horrible way to do business! I just want my $ back

Been waiting for my stones for 4 months now and after countless back and forth messages the team still can’t get my orders fulfilled currently. Already got screwed over on a project after not receiving the correct plants. Never doing business with again.

This store is complete garbage, DO NOT buy from them. Their ownership and employees are trash. They will not ship items paid for online, you can not get in touch with anyone, and they do not return emails. A complete fraud and dishonest business.
