It was an effortless order. Called to make sure fish i wanted to order was in stock. Rep gave me all the information I needed. I placed the order online and it shipped out the same day. Fish arrived to my door the next day lively and healthy. Great company. Will definately be coming back for more

It was a great experience my fish made it alive just when they say 2 to 3 inch fish expect a 2 inch

Fish were happy and healthy. Quick shipping.

I have been searching for banded sharks for our newly completed pond and couldn't find them anywhere locally. I took a chance ordering online, and I'm so happy I did! I had initially tried to order more than they had available, and someone contacted me immediately to resolve that. They were delivered the next day happy, healthy, and even bigger and nicer than I was expecting! Thank you for your excellent customer service and care in packaging.
