My first and last time ordering fish from Petzone and online! I received the wrong fish and no one has taken accountability for this error. Whoever prepared my order, needs serious training on product knowledge. Extremely disappointing.

All the five serbai corydoras were dead when delivered. Please do not let customers have the option with USPS no livestock option 1-3 days delivery. I was absent minded when I chose this option. Trying to save money. Don't even have that option for customers ordering livestock.

Wade, you continue making the same comments every time you select USPS and know we can't guarantee live arrival or good health as USPS takes 2-3 days to arrive to your door. You did FedEx with the last order and this time you use USPS again and....again this is the same predicament, why blame us?

Allow for refunds for fish DOA. Shipping was quick, albeit not by fedex, and the company refuses to replace the fish, or offer any type of reimbursement.

Didn't get all I ordered. Others dead on arrival. Not getting a good response from pet zone. I would at least like to be refunded for what I didn't get. They didn't show out of stock on online order, so expected to get all I ordered. I will not use again, and I don't recommend to others.

Hi! Our team replied to all messages and emails and mentioned we cannot cover any DOAs because you chosen USPS. You asked for an exception and we stood firm with our policy as they were packed exceptionally well but if livestock isn’t sent with FedEx we cannot guarantee live arrival. Please advise. Thanks.
