Hi. I am writing this review in hopes of getting a response. I ordered at dog coat on 12/13. I haven’t received or had any tracking information to this day. I have repeatedly called, wrote emails to office@petyfy, and as to date 1/3/21 haven’t received any communication. I am more than frustrated. Order number is the only thing I received. Please help🙏🏻 Edited : I have emailed you numerous times with my order number and contact info included. Without listing my email and/or phone number here as part of a review for all to see, how am I to get that info to you. Please check your email for my emails. Or give me useable contact info so we can move this conversation to something more private.
