Ordered more than two weeks ago and still have not received the product. By tracking, it should arrive in a few more days. However, that is just not acceptable. The reasoning was that I was a first-time customer, and the script had to be approved by the vet. However, PetVM said there was missing information, all easily available on the web where I got it from, and rather than contact me for that, PetVM simply waited for me to contact them. Then, PetVM seemed to have further delayed in contacting the vet. I asked PetVM to send the medication express because they admitted they were at fault, but they lied and sent it by regular mail. I'm not sure PetVM deserve three stars, but since they responded to my complaint quickly, I gave them an extra star. They were also the most price-competitive.

5 days after order it was still pending authorization and I need to leave the state in 4 more days. Called today they said something missing from vet, so they just sit on requests with no follow up unless you call them but of course they already charged me before it shipped. Then, I pay extra to ship expedited since they dropped the ball and they won't waive expedited shipping. 3 stars because the woman who helped me did get it fixed and shipped out today, without her it would be 1 star

PetVM is good, but has communications issues when there are issues with an order. It's easy to place orders but if something is wrong with that order it's up to you to realize it. When they couldn't get my vet to send the prescription I wasn't notified, when they don't have your medicine in stock you won't be notified. If you don't mind waiting random amounts of time for your medicine you'll be fine. I have a prescription placed 9 days ago and it still hasn't shipped because they are waiting for a very common drug (Furosemide), they have some quantity but refuse to ship the partial quantity and then the remainder (they will ship the partial and cancel the rest). If your pet relies on something I wouldn't use PetVM; I've placed my last order with them. ---> one week later ---> I'm revising my review slightly. They did have the Furosemide in stock but relayed the information in a confusing manor (my prescription didn't have enough left on it to fill the order). I now understand what they were trying to communicate and made suggestions as to where the confusion arose, so hopefully they will make improvements going forward for clarity with the customer. They did end up making this right which I do appreciate and I will soften my score and look forward to increasing it again as they continue to earn my trust.

I ordered Antinol from them for the first time. I was happy with the ease of ordering and quick receipt given the difficulty to source certain meds during this time. It would be a 5 star rating except that I received the package unsealed, which caused me concern regarding the source. The interior gel capsules do not seem tampered with, but I order these meds via different vendors (via Amazon) and the box has always come sealed. Overall good reviews so I will use the product.

Ordered medicine (Atopica for cats) Sunday evening. Status of the order is "Waiting for approval" all day Monday. Tuesday morning, I tried to call PetVM - call is going straight to voicemail. Left a message, and called my vet - sure enough, they have no requests for approval. It took multiple attempts to reach PetVM on the phone or via email, finally a person with Indian accent (denying calling from India) got on a conference call with my vet and myself, asking for verbal approval. After he was given the approval, started asking questions about instructions for the medicine (!), ignoring my attempts to explain that we're using the medicine for a long time. This is when I finally lost it - needless to say, my advice will be to steer clear. EDIT: Shortly after my initial negative 1-star review was posted (apparently, businesses get automatically notified of the feedback on this site), I was contacted by a nice woman from PetVM (Montana), who apologized for the delays and the negative experience I had, and shipped the medicine right away. Obviously, this is the outcome I was looking for, it's just too bad it had to come to this to achieve it. The resulting 3* rating is a combination of my initial experience, and satisfactory resolution.
