Pet VMReviews of petvm.com

In the past I would have gave them five stars, but because I was upset about their use of CAPTCHA and I expressed myself vividly, they Forking canceled me and refused to take my Forking money anymore. I wouldn't use them at all if they were the last place on earth.

First time I ordered last time I’ll ever would worst experience I’ve ever had. I will go back to my old company from now on for my Dog‘s meds. I ordered from them. They claim they sent the medicine out all of a sudden when I contacted the USPS they didn’t have anything no update on tracking or shipping. Nothing I called them. I told them and nothing was done. They were rude and nasty to me. They told me they were going to refund me I did not get an email on the refund absolutely ridiculous so I’ll be forced now to file the charge back, which is fine because I have the proof it was never delivered but still absolutely ridiculous. I don’t advise anybody to deal with this company because it could happen to you and then you have to wait to get your money back and PS I had to go to the vet and spend $200 to get the medicine I needed for my dogs because they were too incompetent to send it to me on time. Very disappointed in this company.

WARNING WARNING WARNING This company tried to short me on Apoquel ! I ordered 60 tabs they sent 58 so I called girl was nice said would get back with me ! Then a guy named Wayne called me and said their pill counter was correct but would refund my 2pills . I said so are you calling me a lier? He said in a very SARCASTIC way no we will refund your pills ! Number one most human pharmacies don’t even have pill counters. They have to count them by hand and he’s trying to tell me that they have an automatic pill counter that registers a month ago or two weeks ago or a week ago in advance how many pills were dispense to a certain person, I call him a LIAR ! DO NOT ever order from this company. They will scam you on their low prices. This is probably how they make up their low prices . It also took 9 days for shipping to Florida kinda slow better companies out there ! Bottom line you get what you pay for and this is NOT a good company! LESS THAN 1 star if I could ! Check out other reviews on other platforms you will see for yourself just how bad this company is !

Don’t bother with this online pet med service. After waiting for almost two weeks for my single dose flea medication for my cat, which never arrived, I sent an email to their support which was not responded to by them. Today I called and both the customer service representative and his supervisor made very poor excuses for why I hadn’t received the package yet. I asked for a refund, and the supervisor said that if I get the package, I have to send it back or I’ll be charged. I told the supervisor that if my cat were to get sick from a flea or tick bite that his company would not pay the vet bill for it. Basically, the guy stuttered and gave a very poor excuse. I told them to keep it and that I would never use their services again. Also, I told him that I would write a review so that other pet parents wouldn’t have to go through this. Petco offers single dose Revolution plus for cats. I hope this helps.

PetVM (aka Bandana RX) took my order by phone and instructed me to mail an original prescription by USPS. I followed instructions completely and hand wrote my return address. Now, three weeks later, they deny receiving the prescription and refuse to look for it at their facility. I have not received the letter as returned mail. Customer service is rude and told me it was my fault for not sending it by registered mail. Bandana never suggested that additional tracking was necessary to compensate for their lack of order management. Do not use this company.

**Highly recommend NOT placing a order I placed the prescription order for my dogs liver disease medication on. 8-22-25 They DID NOT SHIP IT until. 8-29-25 Email states accept delivery 9-5-25 There are to many online Pharmacies to be ordering from than to deal with a 2 week wait to receive a a prescription.

Should've read reviews before I ordered. I agree, the prices are good but my order from 6/25 is still pending.

TONS OF DELAY. Delays in "processing your order" but never a delay in charging your card! Delays in shipping, and when you ask about it they say "USPS does not tell you when they have received our packages hee hee!" Which is a lie. Tracking shows the packages sent all over the US and never arrive to the destination. They won't refund your money either! Total scam, please stay away and order your pet's medication from a REPUTABLE SOURCE!
