This company is fake, they charge your credit card and then never send you your medicine, not honor upgraded shipping methods, will claim to have tried to contact you but fail to deliver proof, says they will call you back and then wont, call center DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, wont issue refund, says supervisor "isn't there", doesn't care that your dog is DYING, hung up on me (refusal of service), failed to mention that the phone call was being recorded (and then threatened me with it later), called me unprofessional (I don't need to be professional, I'm not the one running a business). Reporting to BBB, going to write bad reviews everywhere, and I reported them to the Drug Enforcement Agency. If my dog dies because of them, I will be pursing them legally.

Their prices are great however if you order online and have a different billing address and residence address they want you to send them a copy of your driver's license and credit card. I do a lot of ordering online and have never been asked by any vendor to send my driver's license and credit card. When I asked if there was another way of validating the information the woman told me that she would cancel my order. With six dogs and two cats there's a lot of other vendors to buy from.

I was having difficulty trying to find out how to re-order a prescription that had refills on it and ended up speaking with a gentleman who barely spoke English that I couldn’t understand and was of no help whatsoever. I truly was about to call another site and just order a new prescription when I happened to stumble on how to obtain the refill.

Took too long to contact my vet then lied about my vet not being open. They are always open they are an emergency 24 hours vet

I purchased a collar from this establishment for the same price as I would from a pet store. When I reached out to let them know the collar gave my dog an allergic reaction that required an emergency vet visit they told me they couldn’t refund me and really did not care whether or not a product the sold injuried an animal.
