It is going on 4 days and not one person has called me to let me know about my dogs medication not being filled. So two days after ordering I get an e-mail saying they have not heard from my vet, however my vet said they did send the prescription in. My vet treats my dog and has never not sent in a prescription as they know its a life dependent medicine. So now its the weekend and my dogs medication has not even been mailed out! If you say you cannot get ahold of a vet for this type of medication thats $200 by the way call me. Makes me think you were lazy and didn’t call the vet if you are too lazy to call me! Very disappointed in this pharmacy, I will purchase elsewhere!

The recording cites Covid as the reason they can't be reached by phone. I needed to change my order and did so by email. They emailed back and said I needed to call. I called. Several times, I called. NO response ever by phone. In the meantime, they have the original prescriptions (required) and I can't get my pet meds elsewhere now.

EDITED*: 11-3-2020 Nick called after seeing my review and is fixing the problem. He is resending the meds so my dogs can get their heart worm protection. Thank you for reaching out to me and seeing if I really didn’t receive the package. I will give them another chance. I would give them a zero if I could! They sent me an order, I have been busy with my mom and cancer, my dad and his Alzheimer’s, selling my house, buying a new one, and teaching remotely. So needless to say I forgot about this order. This is the first, and last time, I order from them! I never received the package and didn’t realize it until today while I was packing. So I sent an email to customer service and they let me know it shows it was delivered and it’s been two months. Yeah, I know, I’ve been a little busy. So their basic reply is “Oh well🤷🏻‍♀️“. I will never order from them again and I will tell others not to! I’m so furious and I need these pills for my dogs.

Ordered the MediPaw boot for my Alaskan Husky to keep his bandages dry. The item is WAY bigger than the size chart indicates. Contacted them for an exchange, which they don't do. I have to pay to return the item AND order a new one, which means I am out shipping to return and cost of the new one while waiting for them to process the return and refund my money. Don't order this item from this company. They aren't customer oriented. Just money driven.

UPDATE Just received a very polite but pointless response, hoping I'll be happier with next new and improved version (which I will NEVER purchase) thanks to my feedback. PetVM refuses to take any responsibility for promoting and selling items of such poor quality, instead emphasizing their no refund policy. Seriously cannot believe this is how they run their business. Initially very happy with my purchase of a small cast cover...perfect fit, easy on/off, kept my puppy's cast dry. However, when elastic completely fell apart at only 3weeks, I contacted petvm and received this response: This is the normal wear and tear time for the elasticity of the boot. As per our policy, we cannot exchange or return the used items. So, it cannot be replaced but you can place a new order if you want and we can ship a new one to you. really? So basically disposable and would have to buy 2 to make it through the 4-6 weeks in a cast...very important issues that are not mentioned anywhere on site. Definitely would not purchase from or recommend them

I ordered and paid for a drug, all veterinarian info given and after 2 weeks I called to follow up on my order, they claimed that no response from the vet. I had to call the clinic and they confirmed that they sent the info, they even asked to call the clinic directly to get verbal approval. I called the pet value mart and told them that. 3 weeks passed and nothing, now they are not answering my phone calls. a TOTAL SCAM, so be careful

I trusted this company with my dog's health, and I think I got scammed. I thought I was getting a great deal when I discovered my dog's arthritis medicine in a 3-month supply for quite a bit less per pill than I usually get it. I'm not sure what the problem is, but AS SOON as she made the switch to the new Petvaluemart meds, she was in pain and limping and has continued to be ever since. I tried to contact them to ask to return the remaining pills (over $100 worth!!) for a refund, but they never responded. I am VERY upset and intend to complain to everyone I can in the hopes that I will get a response.

Five days after ordering the medication still had not shipped. Their phone number goes straight to voice mail. When someone returned my phone call it was with a very heavy Indian accent (I couldn't understand the message). If you check on Google maps you will discover that their address is a very small building behind a rental office. This appears to be a one or two man operation. They may have been okay in the past but there are clearly numerous problems now in May, 2018.
